This course develops the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to work as a professional sports coach. You'll usually start with foundations in anatomy, exercise physiology and sport psychology, alongside practical coaching and training sessions. In Year 2, you'll progress to biomechanics, training physiology and research methods, learning to analyse athlete technique and design evidence-based programmes.
