You'll study practical programming, computer systems and mathematics in Year 1, building knowledge of how software is designed and how machines run code. Year 2 introduces algorithms, data structures, databases and software engineering principles, alongside artificial intelligence and machine learning. In Year 3, you'll specialise in areas such as cybersecurity, data science, software engineering, systems and networks, artificial intelligence or human-computer interaction, and undertake a substantial individual project.
