This course builds essential understanding of the biological and chemical principles that underpin biomedicine, combining laboratory-based learning with a career focus. You'll usually begin with biomedical sciences core material, anatomy, physiology and pathology, typically taught by body system, alongside clinical and communication skills from the outset.
