This course combines forensic chemistry with the investigative techniques and problem-solving skills needed for a career in forensic science. You'll study the chemical foundations before progressing to specialist applications. Year 1 covers core chemistry, mathematics and laboratory fundamentals, atomic structure, bonding, calculus and measurement. Year 2 develops your understanding through organic and physical chemistry, advanced experiments, computing and mathematical methods.
