You will be introduced to the underlying principles of biomechanics and how to apply them to the analysis of human movement with a sport and exercise focus. Using systematic qualitative analysis and simple quantitative analysis techniques, that includes specialist equipment and software, you will gain the necessary practical skills to undertake a biomechanical analysis of sport and exercise related movements.
