This course equips you with the knowledge, leadership and management abilities needed in a dynamic construction industry. You'll start with foundations in management and organisations, marketing principles, and business economics and data skills. In the second year, you'll progress to operations and supply chain management, organisational behaviour and human resource management, and strategy. From year three onwards, you'll undertake specialist options, such as entrepreneurship, international business, digital business, consulting, marketing, and people and HR, alongside innovation and entrepreneurship modules, and conclude with a capstone project or consultancy assignment that draws together your learning with a real-world client brief or dissertation.
