You'll study mechanical engineering through a foundation-to-specialist progression. In Year 1, you'll develop core competencies in engineering mathematics, mechanics and materials, and design with CAD and workshop skills. Year 2 deepens the discipline core, such as thermodynamics and fluids, alongside engineering analysis, computing and simulation, culminating in a group design project assessed against real industry specifications.
