This four-year course opens with a foundation year that gives you core grounding in electronic engineering, preparing you to progress to any of the university's degrees in electronic engineering or robotics. In the initial years, you'll usually study Engineering Mathematics, Mechanics & Materials, and Design & Practical Skills, then move to discipline-specific work such as Circuits & Systems alongside Engineering Analysis & Computing. You'll typically undertake group design projects and hands-on workshop practice.
